In the mood for some comfort food? Cook along as Chef Patrick Roney demonstrates how to bring farm-to-table freshness to an American classic: Chicken & Dumplings. 

Chef Patrick is one of the great culinary minds behind Ashbourne Farms, a three-generation farm on 2,250 acres of land just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. Ashbourne Farms is dedicated to sustainability, preservation, and natural conservation. 

Tickets for this class are donation-based, and all proceeds from this class will go to Apron to support Louisville independent restaurant employees impacted by COVID-19.
