Q: What do I get for signing up for a class?
A: You get the ingredients list, access to the live-streamed class, and a recording sent after the class!
Q: Where are the ingredients? How will I know what to buy?
A: We send you the shopping list for the exact ingredients in an email after you sign up. If they are not published when you register we will send them to you 3-5 days before the class.
Q: What if I’m allergic to something in the recipe, or there’s an ingredient I’d rather avoid?
A: It’s your kitchen, your rules. If there’s something you’d rather leave out, feel free to substitute as you see fit. If you’d like the chef’s advice on close substitutions for allergies or dietary preferences, feel free to reach out via our email firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on Facebook!
Q: What if there are no substitutions for a certain ingredient?
A: If a dish is beyond saving and there’s no way to make it work for you, we will issue a full refund.
Q: How long does the class go?
A: Runtimes may vary depending on the dish, difficulty, and other factors that can affect a live show, but the classes are designed to be under 90 minutes.
Q: How many servings will there be in my meal?
A: Our chefs typically design our recipes to yield 4 adult servings. Read through after you receive your ingredients list and feel free to scale as needed.
